Venus Index Review - Does John Barban's Method Work?
While most weight loss plans focus on getting you to lose pounds and measure your success or failure by the scale, the Venus Index program wants to get you to look your best and isn't concerned about your weight primarily.
The goal is to get into the best shape of your life literally. The entire program is built to get you to have the best body shape you can, what is known as the Venus Index.
The Venus Index is a set of physical ratios that have been found to be highly appealing in a woman's body. For instance, the closer your shoulder to waist ratio is to the Venus Index, the more pleasing your body seems to be in the eyes of other people. For each woman the actual width of the shoulders is different, but only the ratio is important.
So, you don't need to worry about pounds, just shape.
To do that, you need to reshape your body using a carefully created workout plan. The workouts in the Venux Index program are made up of a series of strength exercises that you can do at home or in the gym. The idea is to burn body fat through a higher metabolism and to tone your body and build feminine muscles (without bulking up) to get your body into its Venus Index shape.
The workouts are all shown in video and you have a great variety of exercises. Expect to put in some hard work while doing these workouts. This is not a program that works without you working hard as well. The good thing is that these workouts aren't over the top. They can be done by women of all fitness levels. You just need motivation.
